You may receive numerous insurance quotes from various insurance companies, agents, and brokers.
LCAI does not provide insurance quotes. We are only an information gathering service to benefit our clients and help them find lower insurance rates.
All quotes are provided by third party companies, agents and broker that contract with LCAI.

We attempt to provide a website that is secure and protects the private information of our clients. However, we cannot guarantee our protections cannot be broken. We value your privacy and have taken steps to ensure it to best of our ability.
PRIVATE INFORMATION
The type of information we collect in order to comply with your request to obtain an insurance quote might include, but is not limited to, contact information, full name of you and family members, mailing as well as garaging address, phone number, fax number and/or email address, credit history, insurance credit score, driver’s license information, driving history information, health history, family history, current and prior insurance information, previous insurance history and any general information needed to provide a quote.
We also may need to collect information about other household members, such as names, ages, their marital status, credit data and ratings, current and prior driving records, prior insurance, vehicle information, employment and perhaps even education.
The information we collect is held in strict confidence and maintained in the Arizona head office. But all information shared on this site will be provided to those companies, agents and brokers who provide the quotes. Some information you do not share, such as credit scoring, may be obtained as a result of requesting a quote whether you provide a social security number or not. Again, LCAI does not run credit scores, credit history, driving history, etc but our affiliates may in their attempt to process your insurance quote request.
LCAI is merely a middle-man in providing insurance quotes. All information you provide is provided to other insurance agents, broker, and companies who contract with our service for the purpose of comparing insurance rates for you. The agents, brokers and companies that participate in our service, and to whom this information is shared, are also bound by the same terms of privacy and confidentiality as required by law. Your information is used for purposes of completing and providing requested insurance quotes.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION you provide will be provided to participating agents, brokers and other qualified insurance professionals using our service. When necessary, we will use disclosure information to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce our User Agreement. We may disclose or access information, whenever we believe it is in good faith and the law requires, allows or if we otherwise consider it necessary to do so to maintain and improve our services.
DISCLOSURE TO OUTSIDE PARTIES
LCAI is an information gathering/sharing service. The information you provide or consent to provide is shared with affiliates such as insurance agents, brokers and companies for the purpose of providing you with insurance quotes. We also reserve the right to use information provided for statistical gathering purposes, but not limited to, of helping us to know which browsers our clients are using and what keywords are being searched. This information will only be released under good faith and with the protection of your information in mind.

UNDER-AGED CHILDREN
If an under-aged child provides us with private information about you or your family without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove that information.
